Delivery Process

Once your order is placed:

  • Your order will not be dispatched until delivery is confirmed
  • Please ensure your contact details are correct

  • Deliveries are typically made between 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Weekend or timed deliveries may be available at an additional cost

How Your Order Arrives

  • Most deliveries are made kerbside on a pallet
  • Couriers may assist moving goods to a garage or doorway where access allows

Delays & Liability

  • Missed fitting appointments or third-party labour costs

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to accept delivery:

  • Re-delivery charges will apply
  • Charges are based on courier rates

Split Deliveries

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on stock locations.
You will still receive your full order as arranged.

Responsibility of Goods

Once goods are delivered and accepted:

  • They become the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not liable for loss or damage thereafter

Property Disclaimer

Deliveries are made using heavy vehicles and pallets.
Finance Flooring is not responsible for damage to:

  • Driveways
  • Paths
  • Lawns
  • Property access areas

Any issues should be raised directly with the courier.
