Damages & Checks

- Claims cannot be accepted once goods are signed for as received in good condition
Delays & Liability

- Missed fitting appointments or third-party labour costs

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery:
- Re-delivery charges will apply

Split Deliveries
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on stock locations.
You will still receive your full order as arranged.
Responsibility of Goods
Once goods are delivered and accepted:
- They become the customer’s responsibility
- We are not liable for loss or damage thereafter

Finance Flooring is not responsible for damage to:
- Driveways
- Paths
- Lawns
- Property access areas
